Generally, we ship all our products and orders in Germany via DHL, in Austria via DPD, and in Switzerland with Swiss Post. However, the choice of shipping company may vary in certain cases depending on the order volume or special transports.
Typically, our delivery time is 4-7 business days. In some cases, there may occasionally be slight delays due to customs processing. (Note: No customs fees apply!)

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected. After this routine process is completed (1-2 business days), a credit will be issued to the payment method used for your order within 21 days.
